Lexi Love has been a Screen Actors Guild‐American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) member since 2015. She has appeared in motion pictures directed by Adam Rifkin, Adrian Stewart, Jon Lucas, and Scott Moore, performing alongside notable actors such as Penn Jillette, Richard Hatch, and more.

As a voice actor, Love contributed to Rockstar Games Grand Theft Auto V (GTAV) as  Character #4.

In addition to her on-screen work, Lexi Love is an associate producer on Disposition, and executive producer on multiple projects. In 2019, she was also a member of the Motion Picture Nominating Committee for the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards.
